Domestic Orders:

International Orders:

  • Important Note: When ordering internationally, you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes levied by the destination country's customs department. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A convenience fee of ₹89 to ₹99 will be applied to orders using the COD payment option.

Undelivered Orders:

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order.
  • Undelivered Package: If the courier is unable to deliver your package after three attempts, you will be contacted to discuss options. In some cases, the order may be returned to us.
  • Undelivered Order Resolution: Undelivered orders due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect address provided) may not be eligible for a full refund. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include reshipment at an additional cost.

Refund Information:

  • Shipping Cost Refunds: Shipping costs are non-refundable if:
    • You cancel your order more than 4 hours after placing it.
    • The order has already been shipped.
